Math Monster (“we” or “our”) is a mobile application designed to help users practice and learn math facts. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle data.
To provide a functional, stable, and optimized application experience, we collect certain technical information automatically through our integration with third-party service providers:
We utilize collected technical data for the following essential purposes:
Math Monster integrates third-party advertising to keep the application accessible to all users. We use Google AdMob as our main ad delivery infrastructure. Google AdMob may collect and process your Advertising ID and IP address to measure ad performance, detect fraud, and serve advertisements.
You can review the privacy operations of our partner network here:
If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, processing your personal data relies on the explicit Consent you grant via the app's integrated Consent Management Platform (CMP).
California residents have specific regulatory protections concerning the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data. While we never sell user data for financial profit, sharing device-level Advertising IDs with advertising networks falls under the legal definition of a data "sale/share" in California. You can opt-out of behavioral tracking through your device-level operating system controls (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on Android or "Ask App not to Track" on iOS).
Math Monster teaches core math facts and is built with a focus on child safety. We strictly comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and global minor safety frameworks.
When the application identifies that a user is under the legal age of digital consent in their country, we configure the ad SDKs to request **Non-Personalized Ads only**, completely disabling interest-based tracking, profiling, and targeted behavioral advertising. No personal tracking data is knowingly extracted from minors.
Your educational progress, settings, and high scores are stored strictly locally on your physical device using native system storage utilities (**SharedPreferences** on Android and local storage keys on iOS). This user data remains completely isolated inside your mobile operating system and is permanently wiped automatically when you uninstall the application. We do not maintain off-device cloud servers for your personal gameplay progress.
